March is Sketchbook Month

My good friend and amazing illustrator, Cedric Hohnstadt, has declared this to be SKETCHBOOK MONTH! He has invitied numerous others to join him in creating a sketch a day for the month of March...so I have jumped on board. __Truly, I have never been a sketcher. I fancy myself more of a off the cuff doodler, per se. I make a mark and improv it from there. So what I post will most likely be that. ___Today's idea did not start out where it ended up...but as I kept adding to it...it created itself. However sad that may be. Ha!

Poor Dog

I always feel just awful when I see a dog that has obviously been pregnant more times than should ever be allowed. What are
these owners thinking?

Are you one of those responsible for me feeling like this?

Some of you reading this may well be responsible for my having woken a time or two feeling a bit like this :-)

Ancient Burial Ground Discovered

So groggy and sleepy, I was ten minutes into snow removal before I realized I had briefs on my head, boxers on my bottom and I had accidentally discovered the secret winter burial ground of dog poop.

Positive Outlook

In today's difficult economy and with all the craziness going on in the world, it's too easy to let yourself
get sucked into all the negativity. I would like to salute all those who can still start their day with a smile
and who are able to find 'THE POSITIVES'!

Too Polite, Or Too Uncomfortable To State The Obvious

Have you ever found yourself in that awkward position of speaking with someone and acting like you don't see 'the obvious' that's right in front of you? The awkward part being, that it is totally obvious to the person you are speaking to can tell you're uncomfortable and avoiding 'the obvious'.
