Birth Announcement Fun!

I was so happy the new parents I did this for got a big kick and laugh out of this illustration :-) The mom is known for her big, pretty eyes and the dad stands 6"5". I combined the best of both worlds!

A special order(s) from a college friend!

Last year I had the honor of creating an illustration celebrating a college friend's father's 75th birthday. Imagine my joy when that friend called on me, again, this year to creating an illustration celebrating his mother's 75th birthday! That's special stuff :-)

Celebrating the fact it's FRIDAY, I thought I'd share a cartoon of mine that appeared in NATIONAL LAMPOON'S FAVORITE CARTOONS OF THE 21ST CENTURY! __It's supposed to be 101 degrees here, AGAIN, today. That pretty much guarantees it's going to be a Casual Friday around here!

I spent the evening last night cheering on our local high school softball team...while sitting out in 102 degree heat index. Not a pretty sight :-)
