Looking For That First Robin

After having just spent several hours outside snowblowing and shoveling, and then coming inside to find out that the worst of today's storm is yet to come ( a predicted 8 to 15 additional inches of snow, 40 mph winds, below zero windchills)...has a lot of us now eagerly looking for that first ROBIN of Spring!

Big Snowfall Expected!

They're currently predicting that the area I live within will receive 10 to 16 inches of snow over the next 48 hours. I love winter, but can I just say.....I am not excited. Shoveling, shoveling and more shoveling.

If All Animals Cleaned Like Cats

So....I was wondering, 'What if all animals cleaned themselves like cats clean themselves?' Thus, the cartoon.

A Margarita Sounds Nice.

Recently a good friend, who really isn't a drinker, called me after he'd had a long, trying day at work, and said, "I don't normally do this, but, a margarita sure sounds good. Wanna join me?" I don't normally do that either, during the week...but it did sound good..and I did join him...and we did just have the one margarita...and it did do the trick. __Gee, I hope he has a rough day again soon. Ha!

Deadlines are not always pretty

Many of my friends are syndicated cartoonists and I often hear of the grueling, unrelenting deadlines they are always under.
While I am very sympathetic, I am not above having fun...at their expense...with a little cartoon about said deadlines.
